Either, providing both ends are the same.

KAT5 runs over either fine.

(Does this mean Groups.yahoo.com is back?)

When terminating my cat 5 cablebetween my face plates and my patch
panels,
should I use standard a or standard b?

does KAT5 run over normally terminated cables as described above?
