Amplicon do serial to Ethernet convertors for £149. Virtual serial port is mapped to a standard comm port for windows.

I have a use for a "thing" with the following characteristics - does such a thing exist?

1: Ethernet port
2: DHCP, or the ability to hard-wire an IP address
3: Serial port
4: Ability to send arbitrary serial commands out on the serial port in response to network requests
5: Vanishingly cheap
