RE: Gigabit Ethernet

Just a quick question and I don't want it to become a raging debate ;-)

But why would you need such high data speeds on a home LAN?

Like I say, I'm not starting a debate I'm just curious as to the uses
for such a thing as I can only think of one use personally and that's
when I start mucking about with huge MP3 drives.
