Since you have ISDN30 you will probably have a PABX.  Can this not
be programmed to perform this function?  We use a Lucent ArgentOffice
system on our ISDN30 and I'm pretty sure I could setup an inbound
call route on one of the DDI numbers and direct it to an external
pre-specified number.  I've not tried it but I'm fairly sure it would
work.
