Telephone hardware re-direction

I know there must be a device that does this...

I want to put a device on a fax line which will on receiving a ring,
will make a outgoing call on a second line to another fax ?

Any ideas

PS, no diversion will not work, the fax line is in a group of isdn30,
using ddi.
