By definition pretty high. pinging a server close to the other side 
of the link takes approx 800ms. However, they use 'Page 
Acceleration' software either end which makes web browsing pretty 
quick - a second or two after a link clicked and then the page loads 
all at once.

I've tried a few video streaming links - work really well. I guess 
on-line games would out of the question though.
