i was going to have an additional line put in so an appointment was set for yesterday
at 5.00 as i am work. I get a phone call for an enginneer at 4 asking whether i could
make it eariler as he only worked till 5. I said no and he said no problem
i will get someone to come after 5. Sure as hell noone turns up.
I ring up this morning and they say noone can come out till saturday next week,
as they cannot do after 5 appointments at that dept. I said am i entitled compensation ?
she said no cause they never made an orignal appointment. Of course they did why the hell
did i get called and told someone will turn up later. ARGH!! i have cancelled the order !!
I am now looking for another company to install an additional line. any suggestions
