This is answered in the Homeseer faq http://www.homeseer.com/faq.htm second question down.
 
Basically yes you can but you need some extra software to do it.

hi, new to all this x10 stuff...can somebody tell me more about the
memory capabilities of the CM12U? I want to know how i can download a
macro or command to the unit for it to execute when my PC is switched
off. I believe you may be able to do this thru Homeseer (which i
have). What applications does this function have? I'm thinking of a
basic application such as to turn a radio on in the morning (using a
AM12U module)

Any help out there?
