RE: BT Problems Update

Nice one Chris - don't take no for an answer from the buggers!
I find it really annoying when you ask to speak to a manager & the smartass you are talking to goes 'Why?  He/she will only give you the same answer I did'
That's not the point though is it?  If you want to speak to a manager then you have a right to.

Good result!

Tony

Hi,

Thanks for all your responses, looks like i've got a result BT are coming
to change the unit to a analouge so i can get Wire Only ADSL.  I got out
of the contract by saying they sold me a product I did not want.

The girl on the phone wasn't having any of it so I asked to speak to her
manager and evenually after chasing him he called me back and cancelled
the contract!

Kind Regards,
Chris Bond
