A request on behalf of a friend can any one help?

I have a KEENE IR commander

and
I want to know if standard XANTECH compatible ir
emmiters ( dual stick on ) will work with it. I've
asked Keene and they do not seem sure. They only sell
a single head emitter and I need dual. Their emitters
have a stereo plug while the xantech seem to be mono.
I have an emitter that came with my Russound amp and
that works fine ( mono plug ). Does anyone know for
sure before I spend ?
