I'm no expert but the problem is down on line 103, it reads:

The "" marks are not paired (i.e. this line has 11 ") up
properly so the
</tr> fot the next menu item thinks its inside the quotes rather than
outside.

Try removing the first " and putting some single quotes round the
.../oops.html instead
