I had this when I installed a UPS.  In my case I bought an X10 filter
module

and split the
supply in the office such that the CM11 sits on the un-filtered side and
all
of the PCs, Telephone, Video, Sky, etc sits on the filtered side.  After
doing this the range was back to normal.
