It is the dawn/dusk sensor.
 
I have the same issue; PIR is set to B2, and I get B3 codes when the light level changes.
 
It is caused by a light sensor in the PIR; if you have lights going on or off near the PIR, the dawn/dusk sensor will register the change.

I set it for 24hr use - as I let HomeSeer manage when it's night or day...
