Hi
I just noticed yor website and find it interesting. But I have a few
questions and don't know who to ask. You seem a good choice :-)

I just moved to the UK from Denmark where almost nobody uses intrusion
detection systems, but I will soon buy a house over here (Essex I think)

and thought to get one. I know nothing of which brands to get of whether

the components work together across the brands, but maybe I'l just get
everything from e.g. "Comfort Home Controls" - they seem to be
mentioned

somewhat favourably online and has nifty wireless components.

X10 seem a bit pricey, but if there is an x10 solution for below problem

- maybe still an interesting option (I can always be persuaded to spend
more on gadgets than what is resonable)..

Anyway, the question is this: Do you know of a way to connect an
ibutton/reader (a system that suports it or has a standard interface of
some sort) to a burglar alarm (e.g. the Comfort control panel) so that I

can switch off the burglar alarm before entering the house, as an option

to using the code on the panel.

....I like the iButton (and the prices) and would like an easier way to
enter the house/disable alarms. As a second (maybe later) option also to

unlock the door with it as well.

Your advice would be much appreciated.

Cheers
Klaus Nielsen
