It's just a standard ATX motherboard.  You can buy it at ebuyer.com ... see
the links at

The C3 chip I mention is available from http://www.cclcomputers.co.uk and
can run fanless.  I'd suggest getting the 866MHz version as it is faster
and
cooler.
