Well the lunchtime business news hasn't made
much
difference to the debate, Kodak apologize, the legal beagles seem to think
the
reply is a contract but Kodak could wriggle out as they say it was a
mistake, it
seems to be a case of wait and see.
Kodak say the site was a developmental site
and
should not have been available on the web, they also say they have sent
emails
to the 25 people who ordered on the first day, no mention of the many
others.
