Just
read my order confirmation & in the body of it it says "These
govern this contract which are provided for your reference. Please print
these
off and keep them in a safe place." If they refer to the order reciept as a
contract how can they then claim no contract
exists?

Just
to play devil's advocate guys - I have been reading all these mails about
Kodak & for whatever reason, malicious employee or otherwise, they did
make a mistake in the pricing of this product on their website & tried
to
rectify it as soon as possible. You can say you have a 'contract' with
Kodak
however I am sure that this 'receipt' of an email is automatically sent
upon
receiving the order & it isn't until the order is processed that a
human
actually 'sees' the order. One may feel it derisory of Kodak to offer 10%
discount to you on other products but it is an indicator of their
acceptance that they did make a mistake.
