Hi

You may remember a few days ago I asked about using NTL or BT after NTL had telephoned me to say cable was available to the new house.

When they phoned I was driving so only managed to scribble down the number to call. Called the number and was told that my house details were not on the system, I explained I knew this and about the earlier phone call. Nothing they could do until it was on the system she would call me back. A few hours later a call back telling me that cable is not available at the new house ! Unofficially called one of there departments I use with work and got them to fax me the cable routing for that area. There cable is active all the way around me with a 50 pair spare left for the new houses being built ! Another call back to NTL, they will get back to me !!!

Why is everything so much hard work these days !
