Paul
There is also an issue with induced signals where the different Zones run
close to each other where they enter the expansion case
Try separating the wires a bit and see if this helps

There was a thread about this about a year ago on the HomeVision group

Subject: [ukha_d] Homevision expansion board

Does anyone else get problems with the 8 zone IR output board on
Homevision.
I have 3 amps and 2 video's all with the same IR codes each on different
zones. When I run a certain macro intended for one amp its fine ie
selecting
an input but if I run a similar macro on the other amp 2 amps respond
together again switching inputs. 3 amp is great and has no effect on the
other 2 when used. Seems IR is bleeding across zones, have tried all sorts
of
combinations and IR leads but still no joy. Does anyone have any ideas?? 3
amps are all sony.

Cheers

Paul
