The second word, i.e. 0071 is the frequency of the IR carrier based
on the Pronto internal clock.

Frequency (kHz) = 1000/(decimal value of word * 0.241246).

in this case 36.68kHz

The next two words are the number of "Burst pairs" in sequence 1
and
2 respectively (in the example there is no sequence 1). The sequences
then follow. Note this info applies to learned codes in the Pronto
using Pulse Width Modulation.
