Hmm... The more I hear, the more I suspect the Matrox card...

Troouble is, as I said, there won't actually be any display attached to
this
machine, - the only reason it even has a graphics card is because it has
to!
- So I don't particularly want to shell out on a new card for this machine
if I can avoid it...

I'll try the newer Matrox card drivers from their website, - I'm just
running on the default Win2000 ones at the moment...
