My Win TV PCI is working via my Millenium on W2K. I think I updated
the drivers at some point, but with the WinTV software I could never
get full screen at 1024x768. Then I found some software called
Dscaler that does the job. It allows all sorts of adjustment to the
picture if you like. I found it via the Yahoo WinTV group. Take a
look at
