Hi Mike

Sorry for the slow reply but things have been hectic. I don't have a
farnell
catalogue at the moment but the Rapid number is 55-1490 for the blue ones.
They are 5mm, very bright, water clear and about 90p each. The green ones
are commonal garden cheap ones, again 5mm.

HTH

Ian

They are all single LED's. There are 8 blues and 8 greens in total with a
current draw of about 300ma. Each LED is soldered to the bell wire and has
two layers of heat shrink over it for weather protection. So far so good.

Thanks. Functional as well. We don't have street lights so are that much
more effective.

Subject: [ukha_d] For those into PIC programming

Hi everyone

A quick note to tell you about the little PIC development board I have
built. The first one is in action and being used to develop my IR stuff
now.
Essentially it is all the bits needed to run a PIC + an LCD and serial
comms. All this using only 4 I/O ports.

More details and a piccy at:
http://www.mollyology.com/WebPages/Home/Index.htm
then projects - PIC LCD
board. This is aimed at the PIC 16F84, 16F628 and other pin compatible
units. I have the LCD driver program for both the 16F84 and 16F628.

Ian
