RE: Audiotron (was rioreciever)



Nice one! step downs are a pain in the ass anyway.

Do you intend to get a DDAR also then?
It's a bit tricky to decide I have to say - the rio has a built in amp,
which is handy from a little remote setup in a room somewhere, otoh, as you
say, optical out, no server software etc makes the audiotron sound good.
My big questions would be about audio quality of 'tron vs rio & where
can I
get a tron cheaply?
