You can change the agent by installing a new agent and then selecting the
Agent from View->Options->Text_To_Speech tab. First select "Use
MSAGENT
character to speak" and then the installed agents should become
selectable.

The voice should also be selectable on this tab if you have other voices
installed.

You can get agents from www.msagentring.org (in case you haven't found
any).

I decided to stop using the agent because I couldn't stand it being
constantly on screen AND it takes time to appear/disappear. I haven't
regretted getting rid of it!!
