No - it's not Mark McCall.

Mark McCall is much hunkier, better looking, and generally all-round
wonderful than that model. It's not clear to my why Mark DIDN'T use
pictures of himself.

To change the subject completely, I wonder what the chances of a
front-page link to www.xapautomation.org are.
