The main thing I would suggest you look for is the phone / base station
being GAP compatible, this will allow you to easily add additional
handsets=
as time goes on.
They have quite a range of DECT phones for under =A340 - =A350 each.
(no connection, just a happy customer)
I have a Ericsson phone and base station downstairs and a BT 2110 handset

the bedroom, the Ericsson has more user friendly menus than the BT.
