You can get a floorboard saw from any of the sheds for a couple of quid,
has a specially shaped end for cutting tongues between boards. The other
thing I've heard of is an "electrician's skate" which is something that
is rolled along the joints to cut the tongues. After that, a bit of
gentle levering (you can use your crowbar if you want... ;) near the
nail points should pop the nails up a bit which you can then use a claw
hammer to remove.
