I found out it's cheaper to walk into a TLC shop and order over the
counter
(even if they have to order the bits in for you) than to order via their
web
site... :o)

But to put things in perspective, I have ordered many times from TLC
and
have never experienced any problems, not with missing parts or missing
deliveries.
