Re: Rackmountable Cases
Chris,
I have used these people a few times for different rack mount
solutions,
http://www.acme-technology.co.uk/
These may possibly help you ;
ACM432 - 4U, ATX, 8 exposed 5.25 bays
or ACM30m is similar to 432 but 5U
They also do a hot swap IDE caddy, I have never used ;
http://www.acme-technology.co.uk/mobile_rack.htm#SI-121A
TMC do a few nice cases as well ;
http://www.tmc-uk.com/
RMC2D - 2U, ATX, 9 Bays - http://www.tmc-uk.com/2UD.htm
RMC3Q - 3U, ATX, 9 Bays - http://www.tmc-uk.com/3UQ.htm
RMC4D - 4U, ATX, 9-16 drives- http://www.tmc-uk.com/4UD.htm
They also do the 3ware IDE raid cards, which I've used, and IDE hot swap
caddies, which I haven't used ;
http://www.tmc-uk.com/3WARE/3WARE.htm
I would just add, don't forget about cooling, airflow and PSU spec :)
Hope this helps,
Mark.
