Hi Frank,

That is my plan. Though I have not done any Ir signalling programming
before. Just another bit of programming!

My plan is that my server will do all of my HA stuff. I cant really
afford a homevision box at the moment. I like writing software and it
seems like a nice little challenge.

So ideally I will be able to attach your unit up to my pc with rs232
and go from there. Of course I have to think about all the code
learning stuff.
