Case mods?  We're getting a bit far fetched now though :-)

Agreed.  It's a pity you can't modify your light switch to X10 - you could
have it activate more than the light then.

I subscribe to the thought that something is better than nothing.  It's
better to fake beat home than to not fake being at home.  Let me put it
thway.  If you were an opportunist burglar, would you choose the house
with the open curtains that looked like it was empty, or would you choose
the house that looks occupied?  Burglars may be a bit thick to be in that
trade, but they're not entirely stupid.
