I just suggested that over on UKHA_HAMP3R

The good news is that SWMBO has already asked for an Outlook "Calendar Reminder" xAP plugin...

This will be a VB app on the toolbar, not a VBA thing (so that it can run every minute, rather than being triggered...)

... of course, if anyone knows how to capture an Outlook "calendar reminder" event???
