RE: Meteor Madness

Need to investigate it more.
ATM, and this is really sad, I can't find any of my RJ11 splitters to put Meteor and phone on the same socket, so have to pop downstairs to make the test call.
No spare CAT5 sockets in the room so can't just plug phone into another socket feeding back to patch panel @ node 0.

Is this an occasional & sometimes random OFFHOOK/ONHOOK message (can't remember the actual string but that's what it means) ??  This almost always happens immediately after you go ONHOOK ? I got this too & in fact it also appears in the Active CTI product but not in the ActiveCID ? It creates an incoming call without CID event. Not too much of a problem as you just ignore it.

Apparently it's a known issue to do with line sensitivity - Crucible issues a support notice (somewhere).

There's a spec on the Crucible site available for download. That's
what I downloaded and realised I could write my own interface for a
bit of fun. Sadly a protocol bug (I get a message from the Meteor I
don't expect) has kind of thrown me off a bit and then I got
sidetracked. How typical...
