I was just suggesting this for those people that do not want to throw away
their costum made win-apps or any other windows program they are dependent
upon and that are not supported on linux.

The reason why I brought it up was the fact that these client-devices can
boot from the network.  No hard-drives are needed and that saves you 15
hard-drives, right there.  This thread was started with cheap control panels
and I don't think 15 wireless lappies is a cheap solution. ;-)  The thing
with ltsp is that client can be solid state all the way.  This is both
silent and power saving, isn't it?
