Is it
possible to take the Scart RGB video out of a standard TV video source
and
feed this into a typical multi synch lcd monitor through the DB15
connector, or
would it depend on the exact specs of the monitor ??
... and
on TV's with multiple scarts is it possible to use the internal tuner to
feed
the video out a Scart, insert say a Picture in Picture device and then
feedback
the signal into the same TV and display it i.e. to get a PIP facility on a
TV
that doesn't offer it using the inbuilt tuner only ??
