RE: CCTV Query

Hi A.....

I cut the connectors off mine and use CAT5 cable and patch them in via
my network.

I am no electrician so can not advise on what cable to connect to what
but mine work.

The following may be of help...

>From Mr Doxy re SCART connectors.
20 Video Out
17 Ground (A & V)
6 & 2  Audio Out (L & R)

>From Campbell Macdonald.
1 White/Orange   Video
2 Orange   Video ground
3 White/Green   Left Speaker +ve (mono)
4 Blue   Right Speaker ground
5 White/Blue   Right Speaker +ve
6 Green   Left Speaker ground
7 White/Brown   12v +ve switching (or power)
8 Brown   12v common ground

>From David Paterson.
Red    : +12V
Black  : 0V
Yellow : video
White  : audio
Blue   : PIR trigger (where fitted)
Green  : not used

Hope none of the above mind me mentioning their names, they all helped
me when I was stuck.

B.
