The reason for my original request for a cheap supplier is that I want to connect the TiVo to a sat receiver other than my Sky+, and then just get a FreetoAir card for it.

I've got 2 spare connectors on my quad LNB

Factious mode on then I see as usual :)

I mean will someone be able to watch a recording off Sky+, while someone
elso (in another room) watches a live Sky program?
