Thats
an AUTO-TRANSFORMER.
The
110V output is NOT isolated from the mains.
A
site
transformer is fully isolated and centre tapped so each of the output leads
is
55V with respect to earth.

thost horrible industrial sockets. Why is this 50 quid when a 300W
craplins
jobbie is 60 quid?
