I've got the AT&T SDK and engine with 3 (i think) voices in all at
different sampling rates. I bought them from AT&T direct at
http://www.naturalvoices.att.com/
It came on 1 CD for the engine and 8KHz voices and 2 CD's for 16KHz
voices. GREAT sounding TTS that uses SAPI 5 engine - some older TTS
progs use SAPI 4 so not compatible. There is a SAPI 4 ver in beta
currently.
I don't use Homeseer so don't know what it supports (I use HV,
Comfort, ACE etc). Dan Hoenhen is looking at updating ACE TTS to use
this engine.
