First of all for the keychain remotes you can change the house/unit
codes...

Get rid of active home... it's dire... check out www.homeseer.com and
download a copy of the software, the demo version will work for 30
days...

Make sure of the following :

TM12 has the same house code as the remotes.

Make sure that the TM12 is receiving the signals over the powerline -
and easy way to do this is plug the TM12 and the CM12U into a 4-gang
power strip..
