Yes! It is doing it's job.
There is no reason for your machines to accept incoming connections
from unknown services. You have configured your firewall to refuse
connections on all but a select choice of services, and can sleep
soundly in the knowledge that it's doing it's job. From a certain
perspective, it's unfortunate that the FW notifies you that it's
doing its job - I'd be much more worried about the connections it's
accepting ;-)
