I don't ususally agree with what I see on "Watchdog" in fact I
watch it as a
form of masochism. There must be some sort of legal comeback. The words
"class action" spring to mind. I know the sums of money aren't
huge, but you
certainly could claim compensation based on changing email addresses and
web
addresses or the cost of re-direction. Besides that it would make you feel
better sticking one on BT (sorry Keith, but I think BT have behaved really
shabbily on this one).
