I've just got "the letter" - no, not
*that* letter fortunately! but the other slightly less drastic, but
still
annoying letter that says I am to be forced to switch to using a new
access number for my anytime "service"
Yes, the one that was
featured
on Watchdog the other day as being total bollocks, so I can expect my
quality of service to go through the floor, as it seems obvious to me
that
this is a ruse by BT designed to piss the high-usage customers off so
much
that they either upgrade to DSL or go to another provider...
