Thanks Phil,

I just polished off some cheesy chips made with American fries and Scottish
very mature cheddar for the first time and all I can say is:-

YUMMMMMMMMY!!!!!

Now to check out the cheesy peas as I have some proper soak overnight dried
peas which I normally consume with lots of vinegar but will try out the
cheese instead.
