I do this with my kitchen lights as there is 400 watts in there and if I am
around in the early hours I am usually looking for a headache tablet. Mine
is run through HV and it uses simple time to decide if 20% or 100% is
needed. There is also a light sensor so they don't come when unnecessary
i.e. sunny day. Lack of movement and the lights going off shouldn't be a
problem in a hall so no probs there. Don't forget you will need an LD10/11
for the dim to x% rather than the blind me first and then dim down of the
cheaper light modules.
Manual override is always good.
