Thanks for the advise guys, most helpful.

I unplugged the remaining DDAR when I went to bed and left it all night,
then when switching it on a short while ago it has picked up a correct IP
but strangely not from the Manager software, strange but working.

Just checked, DHCP is up and running with the correct address pool, and the
DHCP Services are also up and running, could not remember where I left it
at
bed time, 02:00.

Still confused but all is well that ends well, as the saying goes.
