IR distribution - Ian B's IR modules can link up via CAT5.
Video and Audio distribution - You can pry Keith Doxeys KAT5 modules from
my
cold dead fingers!
Phones - makes moving them around a piece of the proverbial!
Low voltage control signalling - in my case curtains.
