My brother's family have just bought the mother of all barbecues. Not
surprisingly it is from Australia, runs on propane (Hank Hill would be
happy), and has three big gas burners. He (my brother) used to HATE
barbecues with a vengeance. His diatribe would be why spend several
thousand
pounds on a kitchen, then burn your food on an uncontrollable fire outside.
Now we've also got a propane patio heater (don't laugh), he can't use it
enough. It is totally controllable, you can cook on it straight away, and
if
you really want your food to taste of burnt wood, you can add some hickory
chips. I reckon this thing will last forever, it is built like a tank.
I'll find out the brand and post it here.
Tim.
