Hi Nigel,

Throw away all your old brown co-ax....its really badly screened.

Use CT100 Satellite grade co-ax. The cost in not much greater but it is a
vastly superior cable. It will handle Cable Tv, Satellite, FM, DAB and
conventional terrestrial Tv feeds no problem at all.

Also dont skimp on the CAT5. You can never have too much.
